Payment Types
Overstockprinters.com accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We also accept PayPal. Orders will not ship until payments are verified and clear with the appropriate credit card processing company.
Shipping
Overstockprinters.com offers 3 choices in shipping options. Standard Ground, 2 Day and Next Day shipping.
Overstockprinters.com ships products Monday - Friday.
Overstockprinters.com ships to any location within the continental United States. The “ship to” location must be inside the continental United States. Overstockprinters.com does not ship orders internationally including Canada and Mexico.
Returns/Exchanges
Overstockprinters.com accepts merchandise returns/exchanges with a valid receipt and a confirmed pre-approved return authorization. Items purchased through Overstockprinters.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a written return authorization. Returned items must be new, unused, and undamaged. To return a product to Overstockprinters.com, you must first obtain a written return authorization.
Remanufactured items will be credited either through a store/internet credit, replacement merchandise, or refund depending on the circumstances involved. Items purchased through Overstockprinters.com are only eligible for a refund of the purchased item value, shipping to and from the customer is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the purchasing party. Items returned may be subject to a restocking charge. Special order items will have a restocking fee or may not be returnable. Please ask if an item is special order before making your purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned printheads.
Orders that are due to be returned for credit back to a credit card must be received by Overstockprinters.com within 30 days. Otherwise the return authorization will be null and void.
Sales Tax
Overstockprinters.com is required to charge sales tax on orders that are placed for delivery in the state of Ohio. If you are a business in this state and are exempt from paying taxes on your orders, please fill out the appropriate form and fax it to us at 937-237-1595, and our customer service department will refund the tax charges on the order. Typographical Errors
From time to time, typographical errors may occur in our product descriptions and titles. Upon finding these errors we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible, as well as, correct any potential problem with our customers to the best of our ability.

From time to time, Overstockprinters.com may adjust the products that we stock and sell. Products are in new condition unless specifically described otherwise.
